Take a break from your busy Monday with our refreshing lunchtime yoga sessions at the fitness center. Every Monday, at 1200, we invite you to step away from your desk and join us for a rejuvenating yoga practice that will leave you feeling centered, energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Led by our experienced instructor, this class is designed for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice. The session focuses on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and calming poses that help release tension, improve flexibility, and boost mental clarity.

The fitness center provides a serene and supportive environment, making it the perfect place to reset your mind and body. Mats are provided, just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind.
